Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible.
All products sold at shop.msroses.ms are homemade from fresh ingredients at a small scale and can take time. Although we usually have stock, we might have to source fresh ingredients to complete your order, and shipping might be delayed up to 4 days after your order is placed.
If this is the case, we shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as possible.

Our core shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays. Based on our stock and availability.
Unless we contact you or explicitly state in the title and description of the product, items are sent 2nd class signed for via Royal Mail. 2nd class signed for via Royal Mail is subject to a maximum compensation of £50.
For orders between the prices of £50 – £100, please use the alternative product listing with “w/ Express Shipping” in its title. Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature) is subject to a maximum compensation of £150.
If items are lost or damaged while in transit with Royal Mail, you will have to fill out a compensation form on the Royal Mail site:
If you have made an order worth more than £50 and have not chosen to use the respective listing, i.e. “ORGANIC GINGER BEER NECTAR W/ EXPRESS SHIPPING“, Ms Rose’s Emerald Isle will not be liable for the loss or damage costs.
Sometimes, for urgent/ special deliveries, Ms Rose’s Emerald Isle may use private couriers. We will always keep you in the loop regarding your shipment.
All receipts will be kept for the records.
Ms Rose’s Emerald Isle has a No Return policy once shipped. Please be sure what you are ordering is 100% correct.
If the case arises where you would like an exchange and the product(s) are unused/ unopened, you will have to pay for the costs associated with sending the product(s) to Ms Rose’s Emerald Isle and sending the replacement items back to you.
