Inez “Rose” Silcott’s, Ms Rose, journey started on the tranquil West Indian Island of Montserrat. Her passion for cooking and filling bellies with food, drink, and laughter led to the opening of Rose’s Cuisine, where she became the go-to place in Cudjoehead for many, making a name for her flavour, quality, and professionalism.

Although not with us in person, her journey of spreading laughter and warming bellies through her immersive flavours and desire for quality lives on through Ms Rose’s Emerald Isle, and we promise that we will never slack on quality and always give you an authentic taste of Montserratian flavour, as advocated by Ms. Rose
